How can I schedule an appointment?
Scheduling an appointment is easy! You can use our online scheduling form, give us a call at 208-254-6832, or visit our office at 218 E. Ellis Street, Paul, Idaho 83347.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid ID, your insurance card, a list of your current medications, as well as any current prescriptions for glasses or contact lenses.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans and eye care providers including Eyemed, Medicaid, Medicare, Pacific Source, SelectHealth, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Cigna Medicare. Additional insurance plans will be added in the future such as VSP, Regence, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

What should I do if I have an eye emergency?
If you experience an eye emergency, such as sudden vision loss, eye injury, or severe eye pain, please contact our office immediately at 208-254-6832. We provide emergency eye care and are equipped to handle urgent situations.
